Day 01 -- Varanasi
Reach Varanasi and check in the hotel. Relax and refresh. Varanasi is an important pilgrimage city for the Hindus in India. Located at the banks of River Ganges, it has a rich history that dates gack to about 2500 years old. Founded by King Kashyapin 1200 B.C. Varanasi is also famous with the name of Kalshi. Take a sightseeing tour of Varanasi and see Sarnath Temple, Chaukhandi Stupa, Dhamek Stupa and Ashoka Pillar, made up by Emperor Ashoka in 258 B.C. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 -- Varanasi
Early in the morning, take a on the holy River Ganges. The Ganges is the most revered River of India, worshipped almost like a Goddess here. Enjoy the boat excursion past the bathing ghats, where your will see the pilgrims having a holy dip, chanting prayers and offering flowers in the devotion of the holy river, Feel the spiritual aura of Varanasi as the sun rises over the mighty temples and ghats of the city. Come back of the hotel and take rest and refreshment. Rest day free. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 -- Varanasi/Khajuraho
After breakfast depart for your on ward journey.Arrive in Khjuraho. Khajuraho is a world famous site that hosts magnificent erotic temples. These temples were built by the Chandela Kings in the 9th cenury and are still a major attraction for tourists from all over the world. Reach the Khajuraho city and check in the hotel. See the 22 temples of Khajuraho divided in the Eastern and Western groups. The temples here are dedicated to lord Shiva. Lord Vishnu and also to the Buddhist and jain deities. Overnight Stay at the hotel.
Day 04 -- Khajuraho
After breakfast take a tour to the temples of Khajuraho & depart of airport.
